This tutorial is written for those newer to psp and tagging. So open Your mask and minimize it. Open a canvas of 700x700 transparent. I know this is big but You can crop or resize it later. Flood fill the canvas with a color of choice and go to layers New Mask Layer From Image and load the mask. In Your layer palette delete the mask layer and then go to layers merge group.
Now just begin to copy and paste the items from the kit You like. Effects 3D Effects drop shadow vertical and horizontal 2 opacity 60 blur 5.00 color black. Now when Your done go to Your text tool and type out Your name and give it that same drop shadow.
Layers merge visible. Now resize Your image to what Your comfortable with and save as png. You are now all done.
