Temptation

You will need the following supplies for this Tutorial.
My scrapkit or another of choice. Mine is made by Missy over at Scraps With Attitude and You can find that here or here.
Template by Vix and You can get that here. Scroll down and You will find it about the middle of the page.
Tube of choice. I used the artwork of Keith Garvey and You can find His tubes here.
My font, mask, and texture or choose Your own. You can find these here.
The mask was made by MzKels who's site is no longer up.

Open up the tube and template in psp and minimize the tube for now. On the template Press down Shift+D and duplicate it closing the original. Image canvas size and in the layer palette delete the copyright layer we won't be needing it.

Go to Layers New Mask Layer. Find a paper from the kit and go to edit copy and paste as a new layer to Your image. Load from image and choose the MzKels mask I supplied or one of Your choice. In Your layer palette delete the mask layer and then merge group. Image resize by or 80 percent all layers unchecked. On this same layer in the palette put the opacity down to about 50 or 60 . This is just choice as I like My masks to kind of blend into any background when I save it as a png. I also slid it up just a little bit behind the template.

Find Your eye dropper tube and choose two colors from Your tube one light one dark for Your materials palette. Click on the forground in Your materials palette and when it opens up click the gradient tab and use the following settings angle 315 repeats 1 invert unchecked and click ok.

In Your layer palette chose the Diagonal Boxes layer and with Your magic wand and click the top left hand square. You should have marching ants around the two boxes if not hold down Your shift key while You click on the box under the first one. Layer's new raster layer and Flood fill it with Your gradient. Keep Your ants marching and go to new raster layer and on the texture I supplied go to edit copy and paste as a new layer over on Your main image. Selections invert now hit delete on Your keyboard. On this step You could of used a textured paper from Your kit if Your using the one I am or from another kit. Imagination is key and it's what makes Your tags shine out as being Your own. Put the Blend mode on hard light.

Now in Your materials palette let's change the graident settings and use the following on Your foreground color Angle 217 repeats 0 invert unchecked. In Your layer palette choose the Diagonal Boxes layer once again and go to layers new raster layer and with Your magic wand click on Your bottom diagonal box and You should have marching ants around the two of them if not use the steps as I listed above. Now open up that texture again and with Your selection tool set to the rectangle tool drag in the middle of the texture and go to edit copy and on Your main image go to layers new raster layer and then edit paste into selection and put the blend mode on Luminance (L). Delete the original Diagonal Boxes layer.

On the gradient fills You did with the boxes give them both a drop shadow of choice by going to Effects 3D effects drop shadow and use these settings vertical alnd horizontal on 2 opacity 45 blur 5.00 color black. Repeat this drop shadow again only the vertical and horizontal changed to -1. With Your eye dropper tool on Your tube find two different colors one dark one light and go to the gradients tab in Your layer palette on the foreground color and use the following settings angle 180 repeats 1 invert unchecked. Layers new raster layer and flood fill it with Your gradient. From the kit as the ants were still marching I opened paper 14 and went to edit copy and edit paste as a new layer. Selections invert and hit delete on My keyboard. You could use that texture I used if You can't use this kit or another paper of choice. The results will still be the same only Yours will look different but that's ok. In the layer palette I put the blend mode onto Luminance (L) and the opacity to about 20. Again if Your using another paper this might differ for You so just use what You like best. Delete the original layer. Give the gradient layer the same drop shadows as You did above.

In Your layer palette choose the Large Rectangle layer and with Your magic wand click on it in Your image. Layers new raste layer and flood fill it with another gradient of choice. This time I will let You choose what to use. Now when that's done open Your tube of choice and go to edit copy and paste as a new layer. With Your selection rectangle tool use it on the over hang over the box and delete it. Duplicate this tube and go to Adjust Blur Gaussian Blur 4.00 and then lower the opacity to about 65 and give the bottom tube a drop shadow with the following settings vertical and horizontal on 2 opacity 50 blur 10.00 color black. Repeat with the vertical and horizontal on -1. On the Large Rectangle dots move it below Your tube layers and put the blend mode on Overlay. This is choice I also used My tube and placed inside the rectangle. I just used My magic wand and did the paste as new layers inverted the layer so that I could delete the outer layers and duplicated each one and used the same blurs. I then used a blinds like effects filter you can get the same sort of results just using the built in blinds that psp has built into it. Now when Your done with all of the tube layers etc delete the original layer to the rectangle.

On the Temptation layer use Your magic wand and click each one while holding the shift key down. Layers new raster layer and flood fill it with a gradient of choice. I then used the same blinds effect on it that I used for My smaller tube layers. I then deleted the original layer and lowered My opacity to about 40 and added the same drop shadows I did as My large tube layer.

Now for Our elements from this fab kit. I opened up the ipods and pasted them onto My canvas and resized them by 20 percent as they were quite large and gave them the same drop shadows as all of My tube layers. I added two of the lips to match the ipods and resized them by 15 percent and used the same drop shadows as I did before. I also added the ribbons resizing again by 15 percent and used the same drop shadows. I added the ribbon tag element and resized it by 66 percent and then used the deform tool to stretch it just to fit across the rectangle layer gave it the same drop shadow but only once with the -1's. On the circles I floated them then added the bubbles element and inverted and deleted to get rid of the excess. I put the blend mode on hard light and lowered the opacity to about 75.

Now resize Your image if it's needed if not open the font I supplied and with Your text tool sized to 26 make sure You create as vector and with the nodes turn it to match the tag and stretch the sides out so that it's as long as the tag as You wish. Add a drop shadow with these settings vertical and horizontal 0 opacity 100 blur 2.00. I did the same with the ipods as I did with the tag text. Now add any copright if needed and save as png.

Cherished

Things You need for this tutorial.
Scrapkit called Cherish from Cinnamon scraps. You can find it here. Look under Her freebies and You will find it.
Tube of choice. I chose to use the artwork of Barbara Jensen. You can find her tubes here. You will need to purchase a license if You want to use any of Her tubes.
Brushes of choice or wordart of choice.

Open the kit and choose a frame from the kit. I chose frame 5. Image canvas size 700. Hold down the Shift+D to duplicate the frame and close the original. Choose a paper from the kit. I chose paper 3 and go to edit copy and then on the frame use Your magic wand and click inside of it. Hold down Your shift key as You keep clicking on all the empty spaces in the frame. Selections modify expand by 10 and click ok. Go to edit paste as a new layer. Then go to selections invert and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Pull this layer under the frame layer. On the frame layer give it a drop shadow of choice. I used the following settings vertical and horizontal 2 opacity 44 blur 3.00 and color black.

Open the tube Your using and go to edit copy and then on the frame edit copy and paste as a new layer. Duplicate this layer in Your layer palette. Place one above the frame and one below the frame layer. On the one above the frame use Your eraser and erase the excess from the frame and on the lower erase just where you can see a hint of her leg through the circles. Give the bottom layer the same drop shadow as before.

I then added the swirls. I resized them down a bit and then arranged them how I liked and changed the blend modes to luminance (L) and the opacity to about 50. I then used a flower from the kit and pasted it as a new layer put it where I wanted it and then added the same drop shadow I'd used before.

I then used a brush after adding a new layer and used a color from the tube and stamped it. I placed it under the tube and then put it on luminance (L). I added a couple of flowers to the frame and gave it the same drop shadow and added My name and then resized and saved as png.

Kathy

For this tutorial You will need the following supplies
Scrapkit by Brandi at Grunge and Glitter. The kit is called FlutterByLove and it's a freebie which You can find here. Look to the left side of Her blog and click on freebies and scroll down You will find some other pretty kits there too. Please do leave some love when downloading on Her Shoutbox.
Thank You Brandi for being so kind and making kits for Us to use -hugs-.
Font of Choice or Mine here.
Tube of Choice or Mine here.
Misted tube of choice or Mine here.
Word Art or brushes of choice.
VanDerLee's Unplugged here. It's not free but they have a demo version You can download.
FM Tile Tool's which You can get here.

Open the font and minimize into Your taskbar and the tube in psp and minimize for now. From the kit choose a frame of choice. I used frame 4. Open it in psp and with Your magic wand click inside the frame. Hold down the shift key as You do this and click below the bow at the bottom too so that Your ants are marching in all 4 area's of the frame. Selections modify expand by 10 and click ok.

With Your eye dropper use a color that matches the frame or bow and go to layers new raster layer and flood fill the selections with Your flood fill tool. Slide this layer down under the frame layer. On this layer go to effects FM tile tools blend emboss with the default settings hit ok and do this a few times or until it looks a little bit darker. Open the misted tube and on the tube layer go to edit copy and then on the frame go to edit paste as a new layer. In Your layer palette right click on the misted tube layer and duplicate. Adjust blur gaussian blur 4.00 and click ok. On raster 3 in the layer palette put the blend mode onto Luminance(L) and the opacity down to about 15 or so. On the copy layer do the same only put the opacity at about 30 or so. Do the same emboss at the default settings a few times. Effects VanDerLee's UnPlugged-X and go to light and under the color settings using a color from the image or frame and then the rest of the settings should remain on default and click ok.

Now open the woman tube and go to edit copy and then on the frame layer paste as a new layer and place her as You like. Image resize by 70 percent all layers unchecked. Use Your selection tool rectangle and cut off the excess that's below the frame layer selections select none. Duplicate this layer on raster 4 put the blend mode on Luminance(L) and leave the opacity at 100 and go to the copy layer and do that same blur lower the opacity to about 50. Give it the following drop shadow vertical and horizontal 2 the opacity 50 blur 10.00 and color black repeat this again and do the vertical and horizontal -1 and click ok. Be sure Your frame layer is on top of all the other layers in Your palette.

Now add Your word art or brushes but if You use brushes remember to add a new raster layer. You can play with both the word art and the brush settings in the palette and set them to the way You like them best. Click on the eye dropper tool and select a dark and light color for the foreground and background. Now go to the text tool and select either the font I supplied or the one You chose to use and type out Your name or whatever You wish on it. Stretch the text out if You need to and make it as You want it and then convert to raster layer. Do the same drop shadows. Go to layers Merge visible..Resize the tag if You need to and save as png and Your all done.

Bubble

For this tutorial You will need the following supplies.
Template 34 on Melissa's site and You can find that here. Scroll down and You will find the template I am using and maybe a few more goodies.
Thank You Melissa for making such wonderful templates and scraps for Us to use. Please leave her some love when You download in Her shoutbox and just show Her Your appreciation.
Scrapkit I'm using is made by Kirsty. It's called Bubblegum and it's her newest PTU. You can find it here.
If You can't get this kit use another one of choice and just follow along using this tutorial as a guide. If You look to the right hand side of My blog I do list some great sites that have alot of kits You can download for free and they all very pretty.
I am not using any artist tubes for this tag but You can if You choose too. I wanted to use Kirsty's tubes she had put inside.
Font of choice or Mine here.
VanDerLee's UnPlugged -X interlace optional. It's not free but there is a demo version available to download here.
Penta dot and cross optional here. it's in Japanese or Korean so just scroll down to the garbage collection and download it into Your filters folder.
Remember if Your downloading the filters and putting them in You need to restart psp so that it recognizes them.

Open the font and minimize in Your taskbar. In psp open the template and hold Your Shift key down + D to duplicate the template and close out the original and delete the copyright layer because We won't be needing it any longer. I always delete the backgrounds as I always save My tags as a png file so it will match any background. Ok if Your using an artist tube or what have you choose 2 colors from it with the eye dropper tool if not choose an element from the kit or a paper to get the colors from. Now in the materials palette click the foreground color and when the box pops up go to Your gradient tab and use Foreground-background with the following settings angle 302 repeats 1 invert checked and style on linear and then click ok.

In Your layer palette choose the bottom square layer and with your magic wand click on it in the template. Layers new raster layer and flood fill this layer with Your gradient. Selections select none. Now duplicate this layer and go to adjust blur gaussian blur and use 4.00. Delete the original grey filled layer. Now on Your upper layer You could add a noise filter blinds whatever You like. I did this I went to adjust add/remove noise add noise with the following settings uniform and monochrome checked and noise at 20 percent. Then I went to effects texture effects blinds with these settings width 2 opacity 10 color black and both boxes should be checked. I did the blinds twice.

Click on the dots layer in Your palette and go to selections select all selections float selections defloat. Layers new raster layer and flood the top circles with Your background color. Now fill the other dots with another color in about the same scheme or another if You choose.
Selections select none. Add the same noise You did on the other layer. Effects 3D effects drop shadow. I used these settings vertical and horizontal 2 opacity 50 blur 5.oo and the color black or whatever you like to use. Delete the grey layer.

In Your layer palette choose the rectangle layer and again choose two colors you like and make the foreground into a gradient with the same settings as above. Don't be afraid to change whatever You wish because this is Your creation not Mine. Use Your own artistic talents and make it Yours. On this layer use your magic wand tool and click on it in the template. Layers new raster layer and flood fill it with Your gradient. I kept the selection going and from the kit Kirsty made some mask like effect layers so I used one of those pasted it into the selection as a new layer went to selections invert and deleted off the excess. I put the blend mode on overlay and reduced the opacity to 71. If You aren't using this same kit You can use brushes inside the layer and do the same blend modes etc. but it might vary depending on what Your using. Selections select none. On raster 3 give it a drop shadow. Delete the original grey layer inside the layer palette.

Click on the square backgrounds in the layer palette and use your magic wand while holding the shift button down on Your keyboard as You click both squares. Layers new raster layer and flood fill it with a gradient of Your choice. Now this is another part where You can become creative once again. I used VanDerLee's UnPLugged-X interlace at the default settings or You could use blinds that is built into psp. They do offer a demo on site but I'm not sure if they have all the settings inside the filter available. Go to Effects and choose the VanDerLee's interlace and just use the default settings. Delete the original background layers to the squares.

In the layer palette choose the square frames layer and again do as You did above with the square background layers. I filled mine on a new layer with My darker color and then went to effects penta.com color dot which is in the same collection You downloaded earlier. I used the default settings on this. I did effects texture effects blinds at a very low setting to give it just a little bit of a darker toned color. Effects 3D effects drop shadow and use the one We'd used previously. Delete the grey frames original layer.

Once again in the layer palette choose the narrow lines layer and using Your magic wand as You hold the shift key down again click on both and flood fill with a color or gradient of Your choosing or do it just like We'd done earlier if You so choose. Remember before You fill to add a new raster layer and then flood fill it. Go to effects penta.com dot and cross and use the default settings. Add a drop shadow to this layer. Delete the original grey layer.

If Your using the bubblegum kit choose the hippos and open them in psp on each one go to edit copy paste as a new layer and then go to image resize by 30 percent all layers unchecked and position them in the frames layer. Add a drop shadow to both. If Your using another kit and it has tubes do the same guidelines just keep in mind the sizing might be smaller or bigger depending on what your using.

From the kit I used the pink bow ribbons and resized them at 30 percent and added the same drop shadows after I put each one where I wanted them. I just duplicated the first one and mirrored it and then positioned it where I wanted it. I then chose to use the bubblegum hearts and resized duplicated mirrored and drop shadowed the same ways I did My bows. I then added the bubblegum ribbon 4 and erased a few spots to make it look as if it was wrapped around the frames layer and gave it the same drop shadow. I also added the blue green ribbon and resized it at 40 percent and added a drop shadow.

With the font I supplied click on the text tool and type Your name in. I added the same drop shadows as I had done with all My other elements. When Your done just go to layers merge visible and resize it to a size that's most comfortable to You but using pixels this time with all layers checked.

Velvet

For this tutorial You will need the following supplies.
Scrapkit of choice or the one I'm using by the wonderful Fi and You can find her blog here. The kit is here and it's called Velveteen.
Tube close up of choice. I used a tube by the wonderful Keith Garvey and You can find His tubes here.
Mask which I have supplied for You. You can get it here.

Open the tube and mask.Minimize them in psp and and from the kit choose a frame and then go to image canvas size 860x860. I know it seem's huge but We can resize it later. On the frame image do shift+D to duplicate the image and then close the original.

With Your magic wand click inside one of the hearts and go to selections modify and expand by 15 and then with your tube go to edit copy and on the frame image go to edit paste as a new layer. Place it in a position over the heart the way You like it then go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Do the same with the other heart on the other side of the frame. I went to image mirror for My other heart. In Your layer palette right click on the top tube layer and merge down then merge down again so that Your heart frame is now all merged together.

Go layers new raster layer then selections select all. In the kit find a paper that matches Your frame and go to edit copy and then on the frame image go to edit paste into selection and go to layers new mask layer from image and on the pull down choose the mask I supplied or the one Your using and make sure source luminance is marked and invert mask data unchecked. In Your layer palette on the mask layer right click on it and merge group.

Now pull the mask layer below Your frame layer. On the merged frame layer go to image resize by 70 and then on the mask layer go to image resize by 75. Back to the frame layer go to effects 3D effects drop shadow vertical and horizontal on 2 opacity 100 blur 2.00 and color black repeat it with the vertical and horizontal at -1 and click ok.

Now Just add Your chosen elements and the same drop shadows. Type out Your name and then resize Your tag if You need it and add Your copyright.
